Review:
This book was a little bit of a flop for me. I was happy to know how everything worked out, but Scarlet reverted to a lot of the tendencies I found so annoying in the first book. She is super indecisive in the first third of the book, but does eventually get it all together. I was actually expecting this book to go in a totally different direction, but perhaps that’s just me.
This book is a lot less action and a lot more political maneuvering as well. Though applicable and accurate, I found it made the book move a bit slower than the others. I’d still recommend it if you have read the first two books, but otherwise it's MEH.
Warning: Contains frequent violence
