Summary:

This is the story of Teague and Cailin, two teenagers who have been brought together by fate. Review:

I just couldn’t get into this one.  The premise seemed like a stretch to me (not enough conflict) and the mystery around the pixi world wasn’t intriguing enough for me to want to know more.  Premise aside, I also felt like there was a LOT of repetition.  Repetition of the arguments, descriptions of the world, apologies, fights…pretty much everything had to be mentioned and examined at least twice.  I think book could have been a lot stronger had half of that been removed.  I see potential in the story, but this rendition of it just didn’t work for me.

I have to admit, I just didn’t quite get the romance either.  I didn’t get the magnetic vibe between Cailin and Teague, which I think could have been improved if there was more development there.  Should there be future books from Wilson I’d give them a shot, but this one wasn’t working for me.
